Caroline Hukins, Writing & Therapy | Counsellor, writer, group facilitator, and trainer based in North Wiltshire

Hello, I’m Caroline

I am a counsellor, writer, group facilitator, and trainer based in North Wiltshire. Through writing and therapy, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your experiences and challenges.

Writing and therapy are two enormously powerful modalities for supporting mental wellbeing, and my speciality lies in combining them to create transformative offerings. These range from one-to-one counselling and creative workshops to wellness retreats and professional training.

My integrative approach to counselling draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, and relational theories, tailored to your individual needs. As a qualified practitioner in creative writing for therapeutic benefit, I can also incorporate writing or other creative exercises into our sessions if you feel it would be helpful.

With any or all of these approaches, I can help you compassionately make sense of your experiences, look at different aspects of your life, and lay positive foundations for any changes you choose to make. I believe that by knowing, understanding, and accepting more of ourselves, we can find greater confidence and peace.
