Caroline Hukins, Writing & Therapy | Counsellor, writer, group facilitator, and trainer based in North Wiltshire

Hello, I’m Caroline

I offer counselling for adults in North Wiltshire, with the option to use writing as a powerful tool for reflection and healing.

I provide a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, challenges, and what matters most to you—at your own pace.

You might come for counselling on its own, or choose to bring writing into the process—using words to uncover thoughts, process emotions, and deepen self-understanding. For some, writing opens up new ways of expressing what feels hard to say aloud.

Alongside one-to-one work, I also run writing groups, which can be gently therapeutic or more creatively focused, depending on the needs of the group.

Whether through conversation, writing, or a combination of both, I can support you in making sense of your experiences and finding a way forward that feels right for you.
